These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vet Finder website and any related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Musang Labs ("we", "us", "our"). Musang Labs is a sole proprietorship registered in Singapore.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Vet Finder is an online informational directory that provides details about veterinary clinics in Singapore, including but not limited to their location, contact information, opening hours, services offered, and estimated pricing ("Clinic Information"). Access to and use of the Service is free for all users.

2. Important Disclaimers - Your Attention is Required

For Informational Purposes Only: The Service and all Clinic Information are provided for informational purposes only. The content on Vet Finder is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified veterinarian with any questions you may have regarding a pet's medical condition.
No Endorsement: The inclusion of any veterinary clinic in our directory does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of their services by Musang Labs, regardless of whether a listing is sponsored or not. We do not vet the qualifications, licenses, or quality of service of the listed clinics.
Accuracy of Information: While we strive to provide accurate information, Musang Labs makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees that the Clinic Information is accurate, complete, or current. Information such as pricing and opening hours can change frequently. You must independently verify all information directly with the veterinary clinic before making any decisions.

3. Advertising, Affiliate Links, and Sponsored Content

You acknowledge and agree that the Service is supported by advertising revenue and may display advertisements, promotions, and sponsored content.

Sponsored Listings: Some veterinary clinics may pay us to have their listings featured more prominently on the Service ("Sponsored Listings"). These listings will be clearly marked as "Sponsored", "Promoted", or with a similar designation. A Sponsored Listing does not imply a higher level of quality or a special endorsement by Musang Labs.
Third-Party Advertisements: The Service may display advertisements from third-party companies, such as pet food suppliers or insurance providers. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements or the products/services they offer.
Affiliate Links: We may include affiliate links in our content. If you click on an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may receive a small commission at no additional cost to you.

4. For Veterinary Clinics

Veterinary clinics listed on the Service do not have the ability to edit their information directly. If you represent a clinic and wish to request a correction or update to your Clinic Information, please email us at musanglabs@gmail.com. We reserve the right to review and verify all requested changes and do not guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation in Singapore.
To engage in any form of data scraping, data mining, or data extraction on the Service's content without our prior written consent.
To knowingly introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by Musang Labs, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Singaporean and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Musang Labs (or its owner) be liable for any damages (direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive) arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service; your reliance on any information (including Sponsored Listings); or any services provided by a veterinary clinic listed on the Service. Should any liability be found against Musang Labs, our total liability to you is limited to a sum of SGD $50.00.

You agree to defend and indemnify Musang Labs and its owner from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

9. Third-Party Links

The Service contains links to third-party websites (including in advertisements and affiliate links). These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
